Supply terms for foodservice
- Minimum order
- One mixed pallet delivered to your dock or commissary. Below a pallet, order cases through your broadline or specialty distributor; we supply them, you keep one delivery.
- Delivery
- Metro Vancouver by our contracted carrier, typically within three business days of dispatch. Calgary by truck, Toronto and Montreal by rail intermodal, Seattle by truck. Lane detail on import to Canada and import to the US.
- Shelf life at delivery
- Goods arrive with at least two thirds of their shelf life remaining. Lot and filling or pack date are printed on every unit.
- Samples
- Sample cases ship by courier, invoiced at the list price and credited against the first pallet.
- Payment
- First two orders prepaid. Open account on net 30 after that, subject to a credit check.
- Documents
- A specification sheet and allergen statement per SKU, and the producer's certificate of analysis per lot, sent with the price list and again with each delivery on request.
