Privacy and terms
Short, because there is not much to say. This site has one form and no tracking. The terms cover what catalogue information is and is not.
1What the form collects
The price list request asks for your company, name, work email, an optional phone number, your buyer type, the product lines you are interested in, an estimated volume, the delivery destination and any notes you add. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
2How it is used
The trade desk uses the details to answer the request: to send the price list and specification sheets, to arrange samples, and to quote freight to the destination you gave. We do not sell or share the details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to receive the seasonal availability note.
3Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The light or dark theme switch stores your choice in your own browser's local storage so the page remembers it on your next visit. That value never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
4Retention and your rights
Requests are kept in the trade desk's customer records for as long as there is an active or recent commercial relationship, and removed on request. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by replying to any message from the trade desk.
5Terms for catalogue information
- Catalogue pages describe products available for wholesale purchase. They are not a public offer and carry no prices. A price list issued by the trade desk is a quote for the shipment described in it, valid for the period stated on it.
- Specification values on the site are grade thresholds or typical values. The lot result on the certificate of analysis governs for any delivered lot.
- HS headings shown are the four-digit level declared on the commercial invoice. Tariff classification at entry is confirmed by the importer's customs broker, and nothing on this site is customs, tax or legal advice.
- Transit times and lead times are indicative and depend on carriers, ports and border agencies outside our control.
6About this sample site
Harbourline Import Co. is a placeholder company created to demonstrate a website concept. It is not a real business, it does not trade, and the quote form does not send anything. SKUs, origins, lanes, transit times and specifications are illustrative. The photographs are generated placeholders.
